Nick is the Founder and Director of Omnia Talent Solutions, partnering with growth-focused and PE-backed businesses to deliver specialist and leadership talent across technology, finance and go-to-market functions.
With over 17 years’ experience, he is known for his commercial judgement, speed and ability to understand what a business truly needs beyond the job description.
Grounded in resilience, integrity and care, Nick operates as a trusted advisor — building teams that enable scale, change and long-term success.
